The cap is made from wood, and I really like the overall presentation of the product.Upon removing the cap, I was surprised by the thickness of the cream. This would not drop out if you tipped it upside down. Saying that, it spreads lovely once warmed up and worked into the skin. It does take some working in, and it is recommended to be applied to damp skin.It has a beautiful scent to it that reminds me of rosemary, lavender, and frankincense. I've been using Beef tallow creams for a while now, and really like them. They work well for my middle-age skin, keep me from breaking out and specifically don't make me look oily. I have been using the Beef Tallow+Honey mixes, which are usually very creamy.This is the first Beef tallow cream with a completely different consistency I've used. It comes out of the box slightly crumbly, but quickly melts when applied to the face. The texture then becomes very much a cream that spreads fast and easy. I realised after application that I used much less product than with other beef tallow creams.The smell is much nicer too, and not like a roast dinner.I found the cream very lightweight, making my face feel soft and giving it a lovely glow, but none oily.Very happy with this, and I found the price is higher for a reason. This is a far superior cream from other tallow creams.
This cream comes in quite a small pot, but a little of this cream really does go a long way. The cream has a lovely texture to it, and goes on the skin nicely, without any greasiness or irritation. The cream has a slight scent to it, which is not overpowering at all. The cream absorbs well in to the skin, and I really noticed how soft my skin was after. Recommended.
Oh Wow! I have started to react to perfume at the age of 64 years, totally unexpected! I went to an event yesterday and tried a sample on my neck, I could feel it working immediately, it took all the inflammation down, I bought a jar and applied more last night, all the itching and redness has disappeared, amazing cream, goes such a long way, made such a difference, thank you, I have recommended it to my friend x
This is a simply brilliant product that provides day-long hydration. It is quite the best tallow product I have tried due to the lovely scent - so many tallow products (naturally) have a beefy smell, but this has been infused with ingredients like rosemary, lavender, frankincense, myrrh and geranium, and the overall effect is a fabulous fragrance.It is called a whipped cream but it has a solid consistency, like coconut oil. I move my finger across the surface to partially melt it so I can smooth it on my face. A little goes a long way. It absorbs easily and feels moisturising straight away. My skin feels soft all day! This is a wonderful skin-care product, quite expensive for a small pot but I think it will last a while. Also, it's effective on my skin so I will definitely be buying it again.

I’ve ised a number of different brands for tallow face cream but I found this product to be superior to the rest…..the texture and smell was like no other I’ve used and my face has never flowed so much! I would recommend this particular brand to anyone wanting to purchase tallow face cream

I was recommended by a friend to try this product and luckily was stocked at the local farm shop.Thought I’d give it a go since I’m attempting to go down the natural route for my skin but honestly, I’ve bought a few tallow brands in the past and they have felt greasy or have the ‘slight beef aroma’ which I can’t stand…. However with this one, you don’t get it one bit!I have to say I’m truly impressed; not only by the smell, but the fluffy, whipped texture of the cream itself leaving an even luxurious, velvety feeling on my skin which completely changes the game for my skincare routine.Now having now used it for a month, I’ve definitely been seeing improvements in my fine lines around my eyes, it makes for a great night cream ladies but also tried it as a base under make up a couple of times too so might replace my primer for everyday and truly a little goes a long way!So happy with this product and will definitely be repurchasing!!!!!!

Incredible stuff. I have combination skill ranging from dry to oily and was worried about it causing spots but, it has been fantastic. No spots and treats both dry and oily skin. My skin feels so much better. I use it as a night cream as a part of my skincare routine and I love it. A small bit goes a long way and it smells gorgeous. I was worried about the smell but it’s light and floral. I was looking for something like this for years without any nasty chemicals. Thankful that I have found this cream and is now the foundation of my skincare routine so much so, that I have swapped it out for my Garnier organic face cream. Cannot fault this product 10/10. Blown away with this product couldn’t believe how well it absorbed into my skin and very light with a fabulous aroma I can’t put it down this will be my go to now !I have tried a few and this is easily the best !

A little goes a long way.The smell is fine and is quite long lasting.I did find that it was oily..to be expected but it stayed oily forever, didn't seem to absorb much and my red areas on my forehead were still there after using for 4 days, it may of reduced but no significant change.

I really like the natural smell of this product, and it does make it a pleasure to use. At first it seems a little bitty, so rub it in your hands to warm it up before applying it. It does leave the face a little greasy, but with that it does leave a protective barrier. My wife and I now apply this cream to our faces before a swimming session to protect from the drying effects of chlorinated water and this cream has proven to work well for this, but it is a little expensive at £35.00 for a 60ml tub even though it is very well presented in a darkened glass tub with a screw on lid that looks like wood.
